ONVIF fails to work on some of the cameras with newer firmware.

ISSUE:
GUI is a bit different than before. the setting is enabled with Digest&SW-username token and a user was created with its own password at the admin level here, but it still fails by the ODM tool as below.

Sync the time with the computer will solve this. please see the below screenshot:
The reason is that the latest version of the camera adds Onvif anti-replay mechanism, so the PC and camera time should not have too much difference. (-5~20s, Regardless of time zone difference)
