Technical Support Text Messaging Program

Hikvision USA Technical Support sends customer care text messages to customers who request assistance with their devices. Messages include password reset instructions, links to self-service password reset forms, and links to step-by-step support guides. This program does not send marketing or promotional messages.

How to Opt In:

Opt-in consent is collected verbally during an inbound support call. When you call Hikvision Technical Support at 1-866-200-6690, the support agent will ask whether you would like to receive the requested information by text message. A message is sent only after you confirm.

We do not send text messages to customers who have not requested them. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

How to Get Help:

Reply HELP to any message, or call 1-866-200-6690.

How to Opt Out:

Reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages.
