How do I fix the camera error 'User is Locked?'


If the error does not clear even after rebooting the recorder. Go to the camera management screen of the recorder and notate the IP address of the camera. Edit or modify the camera by changing the adding method to manual if not already set to manual then change the IP address to a similar IP scheme (example: current IP, new IP Then reboot both the recorder and the camera. If the camera is physically connected to the recorder's POE ports then rebooting just the recorder is enough. After the recorder and the camera have completed their reboot, confirm the error has changed to either 'Network Abnormal' or 'Network Unavailable.' Change the camera back to the original setting.
