I have a Hikvision recorder that support POS overlay. The live view shows the POS information, but playback does not. What's wrong?

Answer:

Once the video is exported, the exported video with need to be played back with the VSPlayer available through the link below.

Once installed, play back the exported video, then right-click on the video, then go to "Image control->VCA info and make sure the "POS text overlay" is checked.
