How do I convert my exported clips to a different format?
Answer
To convert the exported clip you will need to use the VS Player. You can download the VS Player from us.hikvision.com. Open the app and select the 'Toolbox' icon and open the 'Convert' option.
This will open a window as seen below.
Press the '+' symbol and choose the clip you want to convert. Use the drop down in the 'Target Format' choose the format you want to change the clip to. If desired use the 'Saving Path' to change the location that the clip will be saved at. Then press 'Start.' The 'Status' will then have a progress bar and at 100 the conversion is complete.
