Answer:

1. In the iVMS 4200, Menu > System > Import Configuration File
2. A window will open, select the iVMS 4200 configuration file (backup) > open
3. Once you click 'Open', if the import was succecssful, you'll get a popup that says 'Imported. Restart the client to activate the settings.'
