Why are the modules on my IVMS 4200 is not loading?
Answer
After installing a3.x version of IVMS 4200 and all the modules (main view, maintenance and management, or remote playback) are only showing a loading symbol. You will need to contact technical support and request version 2.8.2.2 and the analyst will assist with getting the version or installing the version.
