How can I turn off the 24hour or military time format on the NVR?

Answer

Time internal clock and playback timeline's time format of the recorder cannot be changed. You can change the format of the camera's OSD. Go to the web gui of the camera. After logging in go to Configuration > Image > OSD Settings. Select the camera you want to change and use the drop down for 'Time Format'
