This error will occur when trying to view to many simultaneous clips at a single time. The amount of views that can be active has several factors these include resolution of the playback and the recorder itself. To confirm the amount you can view is found in the decoding section of your device's datasheet that is found on the us.hikvision.com website. When this error occurs the only fix is to reduce the amount of views playing simultaneously.
