Why can I view my camera at full screen but not when multiple cameras are showing?
Answer
If able to only view the camera when in full screen the camera will need to be restored. Access the camera with a computer using the camera's IP address. Log into the web GUI go to Configuration > System > Maintenance > Restore. The camera will then reboot and the substream will work as intended
