How do I add devices manually to the HikCOnnect App?

To add a devices manually to the HikConnect app some information will be needed, that information is the 9 digit serial number of the device, (if the device has a letter it will need to be capitalized when it is entered) and the verification code/ stream encryption key.
With this information open the app and on the main page select the '+' in the top right corner and select 'Manual Adding.' Confirm the adding type is 'Hik-Connect' then enter the serial number of the device making sure if there is any letters they are capitalized. Press the save icon in the top right corner of the screen. Enter the verification code and follow through with the prompts. If you wish to change the name of the device the app will ask for an alias which can be modified to the name of the device. after the prompts are completed a confirmation message of 'device adding complete' will appear. If after adding the serial number and you get a prompt to either unbind or share then the device has been added to another account.
