Answer:
The application to view exported clips is called 'VS Player.' To download the VS Player go to us.hikvision.com, highlight Support & Resources > Downloads > select Tools. Scroll to the bottom and download the VS Player. After installation open the application and select 'Open File' and select the file to open.
