How do I change the flashing frequency of a built in strobe light on a camera?

Answer:

Log into the web interface of the camera
Go to Configuration > Event > Basic Event > Flashing Alarm Light Output
Change the 'Flashing Frequency' to desired, then save/apply (on bottom of screen)
