How can I change the encryption key on my recorder?
Answer
To change the encryption key on the recorder: log into the unti and bring up the main menu > go to 'system' > Network > Advanced > Platform Access. Select the field that has the encryption key/verification code and re-type what you want to have as the key. However the key must contain 6-12 characters including upper and lower case letters and numbers, you cannot use special characters (ex. @$%^*) then select Save or Apply.
