How do I unlock my Hikconnect account?
Answer
When trying to log into the Hikconnect app and after several attempts have failed and getting an error that the user is locked. You will need to reset the accounts password using the web site at hik-connect.com. After resetting the password on the website log into the account and that will unlock it for the app.
