Can I change my Hik-Connect password on the Hik-Connect website?


Answer:

  1. Log into the Hik-Connect app through the website (www.hik-connect.com)
  2. My Account > Change Password
  3. Fill in the 'Old Password' section with the current password of the Hik-Connect account
  4. Fill in the 'New Password' and the 'Confirm Password' section with the new password of the Hik-Connect account
  5. Click on 'Submit'. The password to that Hik-Connect account has now been changed.
